What is the purpose of Willow Twin?

We are cricket brand with a difference. We supply only the very highest quality cricket equipment and through our partnership with The Change Foundation, empower disadvantaged young people by giving them the opportunity to participate in the game we love.
 
By purchasing a cricket bat from our range, you become a Willow Twin and help fund a young person through The Change Foundation programmes. Your 'twin' will have access to sports intervention programmes which help break down barriers and empower them.

The Change Foundation is an award-winning charity using cricket to change lives of marginalised young people. Willow Twin donates a portion of its profits to the Change Foundation to support their work in using sports as a vehicle for social change. By purchasing a Willow Twin cricket bat, you become a Willow Twin and help fund a young person through The Change Foundation programmes.

Willow Twin works with in conjunction with our bat makers to build bats to high class specifications. All our stickers are designed in-house and our design process is driven by a commitment to quality and a desire to push the boundaries of performance and aesthetics.

Willow Twin works with a couple of manufacturers, including one of the UK's most highly rated and experienced batmakers to ensure that each bat is crafted to the highest quality. We carefully select our manufacturing partners based on their commitment to quality and their ability to deliver the highest-performing products. All of our cricket bats are made with the utmost attention to detail and are rigorously tested to ensure they meet our high standards.

How are Willow Twin cricket bats graded?

Our bats are designed for all types of players with emphasis being placed on pick-up, balance and performance. They are available in Grade 1+, Grade 1, Grade 2 and Grade 3 English Willow based on performance and aesthetics.

What are the sizes of Willow Twin Batting Pads and Gloves?

Please use the below information to help you pick the right size from our softs range:
 
For gloves, measuring from the start of the wrist to the tip of your longest finger, in a straight line.
 
Willow Twin batting gloves sizes:
 
Small Adult: 20cm
Adult: 21cm
Large Adult: 22.5cm
 
 
For pads, measure from the middle of the knee cap down to the instep/where the tongue of your shoe would sit.
 
Willow Twin batting pads sizes:
 
Small Adult: 39cm
Adult: 42cm
Large Adult: 45cm

How do I place an order with Willow Twin?

You can place an order with Willow Twin through our website or by contacting us directly. Our team will be happy to assist you with placing your order and answering any questions you may have. We now have Klarna available as a payment method so you can Buy Now, Pay Later.

We can provide detailed photos and specifications of every bat we offer to help customers find the perfect fit for their needs and preferences. Our team is also available to answer any questions or provide assistance throughout the purchasing process.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Each cricket bat is individually picked out and prepared as requested by the customer. We try to cater for specific requests around stickers, grips and weight specifications. As such, the shipping time from order to delivery can be up to 10 working days. For soft product purchases (batting pads and gloves) this will be shorter.

As we have grown as a brand, the demand for our equipment outside the UK has increased. We try to keep our overseas shipping charges to a minimum so the Willow Twin brand can be enjoyed globally.
