To send your bat for service please purchase below and read the next steps carefully.
Options
Option 1: Standard Refurbishment - £55
- Full refurbishment and repair of any minor damage
Option 2: Major Repair - £70
- Full refurbishment and repair of a large crack or lots of damage
Included in all the options:
- Willow Twin stickers of your choice
- A new bat grip
- A toe guard
All options also include FREE SHIPPING back to a UK return address.
Please note this service does not include the cost of posting your bat to us, you will need to pay for this.

Please package your bat carefully and include a note stating your order number, contact details and confirmation of your return address (return address should match the shipping address you enter at checkout).
